IT Services Terms

Service Scope

Our IT services include consultancy, technical support, system integration, and other related services outlined in your service agreement. The specific scope of services will be detailed in the proposal or contract signed between you and Intelex Systems Limited.

Service Fees

Fees for IT services will be specified in the proposal or agreement. Payment terms and schedules will also be outlined in the agreement. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

Service Delivery

We commit to delivering IT services with reasonable skill and care. However, delivery timelines and results may vary based on project complexity, user cooperation, and third-party dependencies. Any delays caused by you, third-party vendors, or force majeure events are not our responsibility.

Payment and Fees

SaaS Subscription

If you are subscribing to our SaaS products, you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined in your account or subscription plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Invoices and Billing

For services that are invoiced, you agree to pay all fees within the payment terms specified in the invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge the applicable renewal fees using your payment method on file.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, content, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Intelex Systems Limited or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any of our intellectual property.

Termination
